Excel বা Word  এ Symbol Insert করার পদ্ধতি  প্রধানত অনেক পদ্ধতি  তে Excel বা Word  এ Symbol Insert করা যায়। তার মধ্যে আমি কয়েকটির কথা নিচে আলোচনা করলাম। Method 1 এটি সবথেকে সহজ একটি পদ্ধতি। এর জন্য Google এ যান এবং আপনার যে Symbol টি প্রয়োজন সেটি নিয়ে  search  করুন এবং যে কোনো Website  থেকে Copy করে Excel বা Word এ Paste  করুন। এটি সহজ ও স্বল্পপরিসর কাজ এর ক্ষেত্রে উপযুক্ত।নিচে আমি কিছু Symbol দিলাম  যা আপনাদের কাজে লাগতে পারে। তবে front এর খেয়াল রাখতে হবে। যেকোনো Front এ use করা যাবে   μ , θ , α ,  ɤ ,  ʃ , π , ᵩ , ˚  Wingdings 2  Front এ use হবে    Ï ,  P  ,   Q ,   R Method 2 Excel বা Word এর Insert option  এ গিয়ে Symbol এ ক্লিক করুন। এ ক্ষেত্রে আপনি front  অনুসারে বিভিন্ন Symbol এর option  পাবেন। আপনার যে Symbol টি প্রয়োজন সেটি খুঁজে নিয়ে Insert করে নিন। Method 3 এই পদ্ধতি টি একটি Tricks এর মত এবং স্বল্প, বৃহৎ যেকোনো কাজের ক্ষেত্রে উপযুক্ত। প্রথমে আপনাকে Office Button  এ click  করে Excel / Word Option এ যেতে হবে। এই বার Proofing Optio

STACK এর পরিমাপ নির্ণয় করার পদ্ধতি [ If you read this article in English  Click here  ] Building Materials এর Stack পরিমাপ পদ্ধতি কি ? এটি কিভাবে করা যায় ? এই রখম বিভিন্ন প্রশ্ন আপনাদের মনে উদয় হয় যখন এই বিষয় টি নিয়ে আলোচনা হয়। আজ সেই সমস্ত প্রশ্নের সমাধান করার চেষ্টা করছি।  Stack পরিমাপ করার উদ্দেশ্য হলো Building Materials এর আয়তন নির্ণয় করা যাতে করে আমরা এটা বুজতে পারি যে পরিমান Building Materials এর অর্ডার দেয়া হয়েছিল Supplier সেই মত Materials সাপ্লাই দিয়েছে কিনা।  একটা structure তৈরী করতে বিভিন্ন ধরণের Materials এর ব্যাবহার হয় , তাদের মধ্যে কিছু Materials কেই আমরা stack দিয়ে রাখতে পারি। তাই প্রথমে আমাদের সেই সমস্ত Materials কে চিন্নিত করতে হবে যাদের আমরা stack  দিয়ে রাখতে পারি। কোন Material  কে Stack দেয়া যায়  / Materials Stored in Stacks বালি , স্টোন চিপস , মোরাম , সুরকি , চুন , বোল্ডার , ব্রিকস ব্যাট ,ইট  ইত্যাদি Materials কে আমরা stack দিয়ে রাখি। এদের মধ্যে ইট এর stack পরিমাপ পদ্ধতি আলাদা কারণ ইট এর আমরা সংখ্যা পরিমাপ করি আর বাকি Materials এর আয়তন পরিমাপ করি। অন

In this blog I will give you clear demonstration about  Vlookup formula.  Where we use Sometime we need to find data from a huge list in excel. If we find one or two data then find using ctrl+f and find it, here it is the best method. But if we find more data then we go for Vlookup. And I want to make a bill. Here I take a chart from column A to D and a simple bill format from column G to L.  Step 2. COMBINE MULTIPLE CELLS DATA IN ONE CELL IN EXCEL Some times we need to combine multiple cells data in one cell. There are various process to combine data of multiple cells but here I mention two type.   Process 1.  A popular formula called " CONCATENATE " is used here. Step 1. Select the cell where you want to combine the data.(Here - Cell D2 ) Step 2. Type "=concatenate" Step 3. Now select "A2" cell as text1 then type "," then select "B2" cell as text2 Step 4. If you have more than two cell then you continue with "," and selecting cell as text3,text4 etc. But I have here only two cell. So I closed the bracket ")" and hit enter. Two cell is Combined. Now you can just drag and down for rest cells. If you want to put a [space] between two cell then double click the first cell (D2) and change the formula as follows "  =CONCATENATE(A2,"[space]",B2)  "

COLUMN FOOTING ESTIMATE Column is the essential part of building. We provide column as a structural vertical member which transmit load into soil.  I often see in field that people are confused how much materials they buy for casting column for there building. Sometimes they buy more than the materials required. So excess materials cause  wastage of money. And sometimes they buy less than the required materials then a problem occurred  when they cast column. Here I give you the details overview how to calculate the materials. First we need to know the terms of column footing. 1. BASE :- Lower most rectangular or square part of column. 2. TRAPEZOIDAL PORTION :-   Its a trapezium like parts which connects column to base. 3. COLUMN  :-  Part of column which is out of the earth. Lets Assume Base 4ft x 4ft Column 10 inch x 10 inch  1. First of all We cut earth as per base dimension in a certain depth. So 1 mm is equal to (1/25.4) or 0.03937 inch . Therefore, 1 mm length is 1/25.4 part of 1 inch. Lets take the same example. 1. Here dimension are given in "mm".Our aim is to change it in "ft".
